Mostly used for benign intraosseous lesions. Filling materials can be autologous/allogeneic/synthetic bone or bone cement (if applicable). Under anesthesia, a channel is established under image guidance, the lesion is curetted, and if necessary, it is expanded with a burr or chemical/thermal method; then, it is filled according to the defect and stress requirements, and internal fixation can be added if there is a risk.
