FESS Cyst Fenestration

This surgery uses a transnasal endoscopic approach, typically expanding the natural opening of the affected sinus under the guidance of sinus CT and (if applicable) intraoperative navigation. The cyst is excised or fenestrated, and obstructing tissue is cleared, preserving functional mucosa as much as possible. Hemostasis and necessary dressing/packing are completed at the end of the procedure.
