High-frequency ultrasound is used to assess the layer of origin, basal morphology, size, and adjacent structures of gallbladder polyps, and to visualize blood flow signals; if applicable, fine-needle aspiration can be performed under image guidance. After completion, the endoscope is withdrawn, and vital signs and discomfort are monitored in the short term. The goal is to provide information for stratification and decision-making.
