Laser Minimally Invasive Resection

Under local or topical anesthesia, diode/erbium lasers are commonly used (if applicable) to excise the lesion in multiple pulses and simultaneously coagulate. Typically, cleaning and disinfection are performed first, and the lesion is gradually vaporized or excised along the established incision line, and the gingival margin is micro-shaped as needed; if the wound surface is stable, suturing may not be required, and the specimen is completely removed and sent for pathology. Postoperative observation of bleeding and pain, guidance on oral hygiene and diet, the goal is to remove irritation, improve morphology and obtain histological results.
