Partial Nephrectomy (Laparoscopic / Robotic)

Under general anesthesia, the abdominal cavity is entered via laparoscopy or robotically. The kidney is mobilized as needed, and the lesion is located. Routinely, the tumor is resected after blocking the renal pedicle blood flow, preserving the renal units, and the specimen is sent for examination; hemostasis is performed on the resection margin, and the renal parenchyma is sutured and reconstructed. Drainage is placed if necessary. Postoperative monitoring includes bleeding and renal function, and gradual resumption of diet and activity.
